Why so different?
Our rates may seem different at first glance. The fact is, with a lot of systems out there you're paying for tech support every month, regardless of use. You're paying for minutes you don't use on the dialer. You probably have a contract that requires you to keep paying even if you want to cancel.
We don't do ANY of those things.
In the long run, you'll be less expensive with a product that doesn't charge you for services you aren't using.
But wait, I don't pay for tech support now?
We provide you with video training, the manuals, an initial live 1 on 1 training session, setup, and support forums.
If you cannot find an answer, or need help right away, the paid support is available. The reason we do it this way is to keep costs down. If you'd like to pay 50$ a month for support, every month, I'd be happy to oblige and keep your money that you don't use, but we figure you'd rather have it.
When can I sign up?
We're in beta now. Live sign-ups should start sometime around Mid July/Early August.
